Responsibilities

→Develop and execute a plan to recruit, train, and support a strong pipeline of watch party leaders, with attention to local culture and the unique needs of each region.
→Grow and multiply watch parties across the United States while providing pastoral care, coaching, and ongoing support to leaders.
→Oversee watch party leaders and help them lead with the culture, values, and excellence of Elevation Church.
→Encourage a culture of contribution among people who call Elevation Church home through a watch party that emphasizes serving, generosity, and inviting others.
→Connect with leaders consistently through Zoom, FaceTime, and in-person meetings to provide direction, encouragement, and accountability.
→Support a consistent guest experience by helping communicate and uphold watch party systems, standards, and best practices.
→As watch parties expand, help maintain healthy support systems for leaders and steward ministry resources and budgets responsibly.
→Travel regularly across the United States to visit watch parties, support leaders in person, assist with new launches, and build relationships within local communities.

Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
2+ years of leadership experience or equivalent life experience
Ability to travel 1-2 times a month
Ownership mindset with high accountability for results
Proven ability to self-manage
High-level networking and relational strengths
Sound decision-making under pressure
Team-first mindset with excellent communication skills

Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
Experience in growing and managing a territory in a corresponding role
Proficiency in database management
Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit

We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!

We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
