→Deliver comprehensive periodontal care in accordance with all state dental board requirements
→Partner with a dedicated hygiene assistant to delegate non-clinical and preparatory tasks, maximizing chairside efficiency and patient access
→Maintain an efficient schedule that supports increased patient volume without compromising quality of care
→Educate patients on periodontal health, disease prevention, and the connection between oral health and overall systemic health
→Collaborate with the Dentist and care team on periodontal charting, treatment planning, and follow-up to support optimal patient outcomes

Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
Experience working in a fast-paced or assisted/expanded hygiene model preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills with both patients and team members
Ability to lead chairside care while working collaboratively with a hygiene assistant
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software; experience with Dentrix preferred
Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality, patient-centered hygiene care
