In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a HR Payroll Specialist.

To ensure the accurate administration of payroll-related processes across Ella Resorts properties, with primary responsibility for ERGANI compliance, Digital Work Card administration, timekeeping controls, attendance verification, payroll data management, and labor law compliance. The role acts as the central coordination point between hotels, HR, Finance, and payroll providers to ensure accurate salary calculations and statutory submissions.

Responsibilities

ERGANI II & Labor Compliance

  • →Manage all employee lifecycle transactions in ERGANI.
  • →Submit and monitor new hires, terminations and contract amendments.
  • →Submit work schedule declarations and amendments.
  • →Submit and monitor overtime declarations.
  • →Ensure compliance with all ERGANI II requirements and labor legislation.
  • →Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records.
  • →Coordinate labor inspections and provide required documentation.
  • →Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely implementation.

Digital Work Card (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας)

  • →Administer and monitor Digital Work Card compliance.
  • →Verify synchronization between timekeeping systems, payroll systems and ERGANI.
  • →Investigate timekeeping discrepancies and Digital Card exceptions.
  • →Coordinate corrective actions with Hotel HR and operational departments.
  • →Ensure all attendance data is accurately reflected in ERGANI.

 

Timekeeping & Attendance Management (Ωρομέτρηση)

  • →Manage the attendance and timekeeping administration process.
  • →Review daily clock-in and clock-out records.
  • →Monitor employee attendance, absences and leave balances.
  • →Validate overtime, night work, Sunday and public holiday work.
  • →Investigate missing punches and attendance anomalies.
  • →Reconcile attendance records before payroll processing.
  • →Ensure approved schedules match actual working hours.
  • →Generate attendance and overtime reports for management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Epsilon HRMS
  • Excellent knowledge of ESS (PYLON).
  • A solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interacting with employees, department heads, management, and external associates or regulatory bodies
  • Skill in managing disputes, improving employee satisfaction, and decreasing turnover through targeted actions
  • Efficiently managing HR administrative tasks, including employment records, compensation and benefits compliance, and record-keeping
  • Organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple HR functions and tasks
  • Proficiency in the use of software systems and applications (Pylon, ESS, Intranet, MS Office). Very good knowledge of Excel specifically is rather important.
  • Ability to create and present accurate reports
  • Planning and time management skills, meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle high-pressure situations
