Position Overview

We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Ideal candidates are compassionate, clinically skilled, collaborative, and committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical expertise and client needs.
Complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's presenting concerns.
Establish strong therapeutic relationships and create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians, leadership, and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards in accordance with licensing requirements.
Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and professional development opportunities.
Manage an outpatient caseload while maintaining quality client care.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
Current, active Mississippi clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and professional growth.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
