What You'll Do

Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions
Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation and case notes
Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Use creative and effective interventions to help clients achieve their goals
Support Ellie’s mission of expanding access to mental health care in the community

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Active independent license to provide mental health therapy is preferred
Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
Strong clinical skills and professional boundaries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems
Insurance credentialing preferred for fully licensed clinicians
