→Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
→Lead project planning and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
→Track project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and recommend recovery plans.
→Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations.
→Perform schedule analysis, earned value analysis, and resource planning.
→Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
→Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
→Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
→Provide leadership and coaching to planning team members.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within infrastructure, transmission, substation, power, or construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis methodologies, earned value management, and claims preparation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
