Provide instruction to women's lacrosse student-athletes on the fundamentals and strategies of women's lacrosse.
Assist in recruiting and retaining highly skilled student-athletes for the women's lacrosse team.
Actively support and promote the NCAA's Life in the Balance strategic platform, embracing the six ideals of learning, balance, resourcefulness, sportsmanship, passion, and service.
Assist in monitoring the academic progress of all women's lacrosse team members.
Maintain and manage team equipment.
Assist in securing donations and sponsorships to support the women's lacrosse program .
Assist with arranging for lodging and meals for team trips.
Assume duties of the head coach in their absence.
Knowledge, understanding, and ability to instruct sport-specific skills, techniques, and strategies.
Ability to lead, motivate, develop, recruit, and coach student-athletes at the collegiate level.
Understanding of the NCAA bylaws, rules, and regulations.
