EMERGE GROW OVERCOME is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Engagement & Support Representative to join our distributed support team. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple communication channels—including phone calls, live chat, and email—to provide timely assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via call, chat, and email

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

  • Document all interactions clearly within internal systems or CRM tools

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes and offerings

  • Meet established performance metrics related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or multi-channel support roles

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
