  • Crystal-clear communicator: whether it's a concise chat reply or a detailed bug report, you communicate warmly, clearly, and precisely
  • Bias for improvement: constantly looking for smarter, scalable ways to improve support systems and processes
  • AI tools experience: strong technical understanding and comfort with AI tools such as Emergent
  • Technical curiosity: comfortable with modern SaaS tools, APIs, and debugging workflows at a basic level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Other degrees are welcome if you can demonstrate strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and excellent communication skills

  • Curate insights: spot patterns in feedback and share actionable insights with the team
  • Improve docs and automation: keep documentation fresh and help refine support automation
  • Be the voice of the customer: ensure user feedback drives product direction
