Certified Home Health Aide

Eminence Home Care is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our enthusiastic team. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. • →Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
• →Offer transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities.
• →Provide physical support to clients, including mobility assistance.
• →Prepare meals and assist clients with nutrition and dietary needs.
• →Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• →Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental well-being.
• →Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Experience in home care or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate demeanor and dedication to providing exceptional care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
