MarketingMarketing Specialist

At Eminence Home Care, we are dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We provide compassionate, non-medical home care services, including personal care assistance, companionship, support with daily living activities, and assistance for seniors and individuals who need additional support at home.

Our mission is to connect clients and families with dependable, compassionate caregivers who make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.

As we continue to grow throughout Pennsylvania, we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help expand our community presence, develop referral partnerships, and connect more individuals and families with the care they need.

Do you like meeting new people? Are you comfortable walking into a hospital or rehab, introducing yourself, and turning a first conversation into a lasting partnership? If so, keep reading. This role is for you.

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Marketing Coordinator to grow our referral network across Monmouth and Ocean. You will win new referral sources, deepen the relationships we already have, and plan your time strategically so every visit has a purpose.

You will own a defined territory, and be measured on results: referrals, new accounts, and the patients who start care with us. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building rapport, and treats their week like a game plan.

•      Meeting or exceeding monthly goals for referrals and starts of care.

•      Adding new referral sources every month, not just maintaining existing ones.

•      Building relationships with multiple contacts at each account, so referrals do not depend on one person.

•      A clear weekly plan, completed visits, and documented follow-up for every account.

Responsibilities

~1 min read

•      Identify and pursue new referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, assisted living communities, physician practices, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.

•      Use your territory map, referral data, and local research to find buildings and contacts we are not yet working with.

•      Turn introductions into referrals: learn each partner's needs, explain how we can help, and ask for the business.

•      Re-engage accounts where referrals have slowed or stopped and bring in management early when an account is at risk.

•      Maintain regular contact with existing referral partners so they feel supported, informed, and valued.

•      Go deeper in every account by meeting additional staff and asking current contacts for introductions.

•      Match each contact's preferred style, whether that is an in-person visit, a call, a text, or an email.

•      Represent the agency with professionalism and warmth at community events, health fairs, senior events, and networking opportunities.

•      Build a weekly plan before the week starts, with a clear reason for every visit.

•      Sort accounts into maintenance, new business development, and at-risk, and spend your time accordingly.

•      Aim for 3 to 4 scheduled appointments and 2 to 3 new-opportunity visits each day, adjusting to partner availability and business needs.

•      Spend most of your time in the field (about 80%), and use the rest for planning, research, CRM updates, and follow-up.

•      Start each day knowing your numbers: referrals, starts, losses, and pending referrals.

•      End every visit with a reason to follow up, then follow up promptly with a personalized, actionable next step.

•      Work closely with intake on authorizations, staffing, and expected start dates so referrals become starts of care.

•      Keep referral sources updated and address barriers before an opportunity is lost.

•      Log all visits, calls, and contacts in the CRM accurately and on time, including which contact sent each referral.

•      Analyze referral trends by account to spot growth, declines, and opportunities.

•      Provide weekly updates on activity, results, challenges, and next steps.

•      Deliver marketing materials, keep inventory stocked, and ensure brand consistency.

•      Comfortable with field-based work and travel throughout the territory, which will include Monmouth and Ocean

•      Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
