Our 3rd Party Collectors thrive in a quick collections-cycle environment and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working a large caseload of outstanding debts.

Responsibilities

→Understand customer needs and requirements
→Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
→Resolve collection calls and achieve targeted goals
→Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
→Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Strong phone presence and experience speaking with customers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Experienced problem solver
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience, preferred
Auto, DDA, Installment & Credit Card Collections experience a plus
Basic math skills
Intermediate knowledge of email, Internet browsers, and search functions
