Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound franchise inquiries via phone, email, text, and CRM.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand each candidate's experience, financial qualifications, business goals, and timeline.
  • Educate prospective franchise owners on our business model and franchise opportunity.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Qualify leads using established criteria and schedule appointments for Franchise Development Executives.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow-up until a decision is reached.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline stages.
  • Execute structured follow-up campaigns across multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and franchise development leadership to improve lead conversion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting.
  • Experience working in or selling to the residential construction or home building industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
  • Experience managing leads within a CRM platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
