Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond promptly to inbound franchise inquiries via phone, email, text, and CRM.
- →Conduct discovery calls to understand each candidate's experience, financial qualifications, business goals, and timeline.
- →Educate prospective franchise owners on our business model and franchise opportunity.
- →Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
- →Qualify leads using established criteria and schedule appointments for Franchise Development Executives.
- →Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow-up until a decision is reached.
- →Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline stages.
- →Execute structured follow-up campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- →Collaborate with marketing and franchise development leadership to improve lead conversion.
- →Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting.
- Experience working in or selling to the residential construction or home building industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience managing leads within a CRM platform (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
