Position Summary:

The University of Dayton is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and innovative Regional Enrollment Manager who is passionate about guiding students and families in the college search process. This position will report to the Senior Associate Director of Recruitment and Admission and is expected to be based in a home office, preferably in Philadelphia or Delaware, with travel to eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.

The Regional Enrollment Manager will work collaboratively to build upon a strong presence and recognition in recruitment territories to expand brand recognition and recruit students to the University of Dayton. Evidence-based practices will lead to intentional, strategic efforts to maximize impact within the territory. This position will manage an assigned territory through high school visits, alumni engagement, college fair representation, hosting timely and relevant event experiences, and individual appointments with students, families, and school counselors. The Regional Enrollment Manager will advise students and families through the admission and financial aid process.

A successful individual will approach their work with creativity, developing innovative solutions that increase understanding of the value of a University of Dayton experience. This individual will collaborate closely with the Office of Recruitment and Admission staff to respond to questions and needs of students, parents, and other external constituents. The successful individual will have experience fostering strong relationships with diverse audiences, have evidence of great customer service, communication and organization. Professional responsibilities include timely follow-up with students and families, external partners within the territory, and support for the Office of Recruitment and Admission through staff scheduling of phone calls, emails, virtual appointments, and some marquee on-campus events. This position will manage the coordination and execution of up to 4 regionally based events each recruitment cycle for strategic audiences, including counselors, parents, and admitted students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years of experience in college admissions, financial aid, or student services.
-Commitment to contribute to an inclusive climate that includes working with students, families and external stakeholders from various backgrounds.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Effective public speaking.
-Relationship management skills with diverse audiences.
-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

-Master's degree.
-4 or more years of experience in college admission, financial aid, and/or student services at the high school or college level.
-Knowledge and sensitivity to Catholic and Marianist principles of education and values.
-Experience with common student enrollment systems/relational databases, such as Banner and Salesforce.
