Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Onboarding and Offboarding Employee Engagement and Relations HR Operations and Administration Payroll and Benefits Leave administration Policy Development and Compliance Analytical Support Requirements Degree in Human Resources. 5 years experience as an HR Manager or similar. Strong recruitment skills with experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Basic knowledge of payroll processing with SAGE experience being advantageous. Valid drivers license and own transport Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
