Market Manager

A global consumer-brands company that has grown over 3,000% in the last 2 years seeks a Market Manager to do the following covering the San Diego area: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities. Work with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital print, and social media. Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals. Develops critical success factors for new customer acquisition; responsible for negotiating and closing business to ensure targets are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance product visibility and to build a strong referral source for new potential business. Actively pursues business through outside sales calls and networking activities. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to improve the company’s profitability. Manages client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to the company’s goals and objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field preferred. 3+ years of management or related experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools. Experience working in the spirits industry.
