About The Role:
As a Regional Partner Sales Manager at Enfuce, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and securing strategic partners across Europe. This is a commercial, outbound-focused role for someone who thrives on building new relationships and creating opportunities from scratch.
Partnerships are one of Enfuce's primary routes to market. You'll help accelerate our expansion by building relationships with regional ecosystem players—including core banking platforms, ISVs, consultancies and fintech infrastructure providers—that unlock new customers, strengthen local credibility and create scalable routes to market.
You'll own the partner acquisition journey from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and onboarding. Success isn't measured by the number of partnerships signed, but by the commercial opportunities, market access and long-term growth those partnerships create.
This is a senior, high-visibility role where you'll work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial leadership to shape how partnerships fuel Enfuce's growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify and secure strategic partners that accelerate growth across our priority regions and verticals.
Develop regional partnership strategies that support Enfuce's expansion into new European markets.
Lead outbound partner development from research and qualification through to signed agreement.
Craft compelling partner propositions that support co-sell, integration and referral models.
Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint go-to-market initiatives.
Build relationships with regional ecosystem players, consultancies and market influencers.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track commercial impact.
Negotiate partnership agreements that create long-term value for both parties.
What You'll Bring:
Experience closing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments or embedded finance.
Strong understanding of card issuing, scheme dynamics and issuer infrastructure.
Confidence navigating complex commercial, legal and compliance discussions.
Commercial instinct with a proactive hunter mindset.
Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across financial services and technology.
Fluent English plus at least one additional European language. Spanish, Italian or Polish, and strong regional networks across Iberia, Southern Europe or Central & Eastern Europe are highly desirable.
