Warehouse Attendant

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Warehouse Attendant with computer experience and a strong background in receiving to join our team!  This role is essential in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly.

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour  *Ask about our $1000.00 sign-on bonus!

Prepare/package materials for shipment to outside processing or customers.  Assist in other areas in logistics.

• →Fill orders or requisitions for materials by locating, retrieving, unpackaging and kitting or delivering materials to plant locations. 
• →Verify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records.
• →Check for shortages and reject damaged goods.
• →Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and movement of materials to storage locations.
• →Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in the area.
• →Receive materials, equipment, merchandise and similar items in a storeroom or warehouse.
• →Store items in high/low bay racks, in bins or on the floor.  Includes marking or tagging items for identification.
• →Complete Oracle / Maximo inventory and other ERP transactions. 
• →Safely operate a fork lift truck, overhead crane or other material handling equipment
• →Prepare records of goods shipped by making bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and maintaining shipping records
• →Wear all required PPE at all times.
• →Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• →High School or Equivalency Diploma
• →Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• →Proficient computer skills, Oracle experience a plus

• →Heavy lifting up to 20 lbs
• →Standing up to 75% of time
