• →Collaborate with dedicated Agent Service Representatives and Business Development Coaches

• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage experience
• Proven success managing a book of business
• Experience in Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and/or Parcel
• Strong negotiation skills and carrier relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and scale
• Comfortable working independently while leveraging team support
