StoneX is modernising client onboarding and setup across the firm. This multi-year programme will replace fragmented and duplicated processes with a controlled, scalable capability spanning due diligence and KYC/AML through account creation, entitlements, credit and risk setup, reference data and trading readiness.

The Onboarding Product Management team bridges the technical and business worlds, working closely with Engineering, Business Analysis, Compliance/AML and other business functions to deliver this capability. As an Associate Product Manager, you will lead analysis within defined onboarding workstreams, work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, and help translate agreed changes into product and delivery outcomes. This may include exploring how automation and AI could streamline onboarding processes.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product management, work with stakeholders across regions and business lines, and influence how the onboarding experience is delivered.

  • Leading the analysis of current-state onboarding processes within assigned workstreams, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, control and client experience.
  • Engaging stakeholders across regions and business lines to gather input, validate findings and support recommendations.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback, product analytics and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Working with large data sets to identify volumes, bottlenecks and trends across onboarding processes.
  • Translating product ideas into clear requirements and deliverables.
  • Partnering with senior Product Managers to shape onboarding product strategy and roadmap.
  • Supporting the design of the end-to-end client experience across applicable systems.
  • Acting as an onboarding solutions and KYC processes subject-matter expert, representing the onboarding team internally and externally.
