Senior Specialist, Marketing (Japan)

• →Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for the Japan market
• →Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social, content, partnership and event channels
• →Develop and localise marketing content to support business and client communication objectives
• →Work with internal stakeholders including Product, Sales, Compliance and regional Marketing teams
• →Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners and affiliates and vendors
• →Support customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention programmes
• →Monitor campaign and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• →Assist in the organisation of webinars, seminars, client events and partnership activities
• →Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
• →Contribute to broader business growth initiatives and strategic marketing projects

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
