Quick Summary
Ready to build, grow and make an impact? What if your next role gave you the opportunity to build something meaningful, rather than simply manage what's already there? At KISC, part of Enko Education,
At KISC, part of Enko Education, we're looking for an entrepreneurial, ambitious and hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to help shape the next chapter of our schools' growth in Kenya.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, building effective systems and driving measurable results.
You'll work at the intersection of business development, growth strategy, marketing and education, helping our schools attract and retain families, strengthen their market positioning and achieve sustainable enrollment growth.
We're not necessarily looking for someone who has spent years managing large teams. We're looking for someone with strong potential, commercial instincts, a builder's mindset and the drive to make things happen.
Your mission will be to structure and strengthen the Marketing & Admissions function across the KISC school network, while delivering tangible business results.
Working closely with the School Partner Central, Heads of School and campus teams, you'll turn growth ambitions into practical initiatives, scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
Develop and execute campus-level growth plans to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities to attract prospective families, strengthen student retention and expand our reach.
Build and manage lead-generation initiatives, including partnerships, referral programmes, school events and community outreach.
Monitor the admissions funnel, identify conversion gaps and implement actions to improve results.
Contribute to fee-setting recommendations through market research, competitor benchmarking and an understanding of parent expectations.
Help design and implement effective marketing and admissions processes across the school network.
Introduce practical tools, routines and performance indicators to improve execution and accountability.
Strengthen the use of CRM tools and data to track leads, follow-ups, conversion and enrolment performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions that can be replicated across campuses.
Turn successful initiatives into sustainable ways of working.
Coordinate local marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, open days and school recruitment events.
Develop a strong understanding of the Kenyan education market, including parent expectations, competitors, pricing and local opportunities.
Work with internal teams and external partners to strengthen school visibility and brand positioning.
Help deliver a consistent, engaging and high-quality experience for prospective and existing families.
Coordinate and support Marketing Officers and campus admissions teams to ensure consistent execution.
Work closely with Heads of School and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
Set clear objectives, monitor progress and provide practical support where needed.
Be ready to roll up your sleeves — whether that means improving a process, meeting prospective families, supporting an event or following up on an important lead.
We're looking for a high-potential professional who combines entrepreneurial energy, business acumen and strong execution skills.
You could be coming from business development, growth, project management, commercial operations, consulting, education or a fast-growing organisation.
What matters most is what you've built, the ownership you've taken and the impact you've delivered.
Ideally 4 years of relevant professional experience in business development, growth, project management, marketing, commercial operations or a related field.
A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or another relevant discipline.
A track record of taking ownership of projects or initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding customers, markets and growth opportunities.
An analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to identify problems, make decisions and track performance.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented approach.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, work autonomously and adapt quickly.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience launching a project, building a function, opening a new market or scaling an initiative.
International or multicultural exposure, whether through work, studies or cross-border projects.
Experience in a startup, scale-up, entrepreneurial or fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the Kenyan or East African market and its consumer dynamics.
Experience in education, admissions, customer acquisition or service-oriented businesses.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing and performance tracking.
You don't need to tick every box. If you've demonstrated strong ownership, curiosity, adaptability and the ability to build and deliver, we'd love to hear from you.
