Responsibilities

→Sweep, scrub, mop floors
→Dust furniture and fittings
→Empty and clean trash containers
→Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
→Clean and stock restrooms
→Wipe down glass surfaces
→Wash windows as scheduled
→Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
→Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
→Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements
→Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Courteous and pleasant to all guests
Ability to work as a team with fellow porters and other staff
English speaking skills are beneficial, but not required
Ability to follow direction from supervisors/managers
Experience working in the porter or janitorial field is a plus, but not required
Previous job references are required
