Government Relations Intern

THE ROLE
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Government Relations co-Op to join our Law Department team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this role, you will work with the Government Relations team on projects impacting (1) Entegris’ reputation with policymakers; (2) legislation and regulations affecting our operations and (3) efforts to secure incentives for capital projects.

What You’ll Do

• Summarize legislation and regulations and put into memo form

• Creates bios and other briefing materials in advance of meetings with policymakers

• Work on strategy to secure positive outcomes in policy or financial objectives

• As necessary, work with other parts of Law Department on IP and Trade Compliance

• Interest in state and federal US politics, legislative and regulatory process

• BA or pursuit of degree in relevant roles such as criminal justice, government or political science

• Must be a currently enrolled student

• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.

• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
