Machine Operators/ Technicians Taiwan KSP

• →Operate assigned production machines and follow daily work instructions
• →Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or downtime promptly
• →Conduct basic machine checks, cleaning, and simple troubleshooting
• →Ensure all operations comply with Safety, Quality, and Production standards
• →Perform in‑process inspections and record accurate production data
• →Support line changeover, material loading/unloading, and basic equipment adjustments
• →Collaborate with team leaders, technicians, and engineers to resolve production issues
• →Maintain 5S and a clean, organized work environment

• High school diploma or above
• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred (but not required)
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Basic understanding of measurement tools and visual inspection
• Good teamwork, responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shift patterns if required

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly, or automation lines
• Familiarity with machine interface systems or basic troubleshooting
• Stable work attitude and strong commitment to quality and safety

• 依照每日作業指示操作生產機台
• 監控設備運作狀況，並即時回報異常或停機情況
• 進行基本的設備點檢、清潔與簡易排除
• 遵守 安全、品質、生產 各項作業標準
• 執行製程中檢驗並準確填寫生產記錄
• 協助線別轉換、物料上料/卸料與基本調整
• 與班長、技術員、工程師合作處理生產相關問題
• 維持工作區域的 5S 與整潔管理

• 高中職以上學歷
• 具備機台操作或製造業經驗者佳（無經驗亦可）
• 能遵循SOP與作業指示，並重視安全規範
• 具備基本量測工具認識與目視檢驗能力
• 具責任感、穩定度與良好的團隊合作精神
• 需配合輪班者佳

• 具備電子、半導體、組裝或自動化產線經驗
• 熟悉機台介面系統或具備基本故障排除能力
• 工作態度穩定，並具備高度的品質與安全意識
