Entravision is an online advertising and technology company that helps advertisers achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels. Our technology enables automated ad buying and data-driven campaign optimization, connecting clients with the right audiences to maximize impact and simplify user acquisition.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Junior Finance Analyst to be the engine behind our operational expenses and accounts payable cycle. This is an entry-level/early-career position perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience or a recent graduate who is motivated to learn the fundamentals of corporate finance and accounting.

What You’ll Do:

As our Junior Analyst, you will receive training to handle crucial tasks that keep our financial operations running smoothly:

  • Expense Processing: Accurately recording and processing all Operational Expenditures (OPEX) and supporting documentation.
  • Accounts Payable: Assisting in the processing and accounting for vendor invoices in the general ledger.
  • Communication: Acting as a point of contact for routine internal and external inquiries related to payments via email, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Payment Support: Assisting the team in scheduling, preparing, and executing payment runs through the corporate banking system.
  • Data Entry: Ensuring all invoice and payment data is accurately and timely posted to the accounting system.
  • Project Support: Assisting with month-end close preparation, data clean-up, and special process improvement projects.
  • Audit: Participating in internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation, gathering supporting evidence, and responding to auditor requests related to OPEX and payables.

What you should have:

  • Experience: Up to 2 years of professional experience (including internships or a first job) in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Attitude: A strong, demonstrable motivation to learn, a high degree of curiosity, and a positive, can-do approach.
  • Technical Skills: Good command of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with any accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) is a plus, but not required—we will train you!
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and precision in data handling.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
