The Enviva team is driven by our shared vision for a renewable energy future. We are a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions. We are the world’s largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels.

The P.E.L.L.E.T. Program is a structured early-career development program designed to prepare future leaders across Enviva’s manufacturing operations. The program includes a 12-week internship that provides hands-on experience and meaningful exposure across Enviva’s operations.

May 10th - July 31st

Participants will:

Work on real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process—from fiber to finished product
Collaborate with teams across functions to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations
Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance
