EOLA Power is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to serve as our Field Service Report (FSR) Reviewer. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating Field Service Reports completed by our Field Service Engineers before they are released to clients and internal teams.
The FSR Reviewer plays a critical role in protecting revenue, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our documentation reflects the level of professionalism EOLA Power is known for.
This is a focused role centered on report review and quality control, with additional quoting support responsibilities to complement the workflow.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Review completed Field Service Reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Verify critical information including:
- Manufacturer dates
- Battery installation and end-of-life (EOL) dates
- Capacitor and fan replacement dates
- Unit EOL recommendations
- Supporting images and documentation
- Identify and correct common reporting errors before reports are finalized
- Ensure no missed details that could result in lost quoting opportunities
- Maintain consistency and adherence to EOLA Power’s internal review process
- Verify all supporting images are clear, properly labeled, and correctly oriented (upright) for client-ready presentation
- Review Service Comments and Recommendations for clarity and professionalism
- Ensure language is clear, concise, and appropriate for mid-level technical audiences
- Validate Excel summary tables for accuracy and usability
- Assist with generating quotes based on service findings
- Help bridge the gap between field observations and commercial follow-up
- Support operations and sales teams with accurate documentation

Requirements

- Proficiency in Excel and digital documentation systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to learn technical material through training and repetition
- Experience in critical power, UPS systems, batteries, or technical service environments is a plus, but not required
If reporting errors are not caught, they ripple outward, affecting quotes, revenue, and client trust. The FSR Reviewer ensures every report leaving EOLA Power is accurate, complete, and commercially actionable.
This is an integral role within our operations team and a key part of maintaining excellence across the organization.
