The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while delivering engaging, elevated guest experiences. This role combines technical skill, product knowledge, and hospitality to drive beverage revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

→Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes
→Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs
→Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence
→Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet established standards
→Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
→Maintain proper cash handling and POS accuracy
→Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines
→Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner
→Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails

Requirements

Previous bartending experience required (luxury or high-volume preferred)
Strong mixology and wine knowledge
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
