Our Juice Bar Attendant reports directly to the Juice Bar Manager and is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to all members. At EōS Fitness, our Juice Bar Attendants set an upbeat tone by warmly welcoming members and guests, keeping workstations spotless, and ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful. Whether preparing specialty drinks or assisting with member questions, they keep the energy high and the atmosphere fun, always focused on creating loyal fans and supporting everyone’s fitness journey.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- →Prepare and serve specialty drinks
- →Regularly speaks and interacts with members, guests and staff
- →Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- →Follow health and safety guidelines
- →Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- →Replenish, monitor, and control inventory
- →Provide customers with product details, such as nutritional detail or preparation descriptions
- →Other tasks as assigned by management
- →Monitors drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours.
- →Always maintains the highest level of security and always effectively protects the Company’s assets from employee and member theft.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
- Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements
~1 min read- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must attend all mandatory company trainings withing 30 days of employment.
- Juice Bar Attendants must abide by all current company policies and SOP's as they are subject to change or be updated.
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
- Standing or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from database or email system.
