→Mastery of Business Analyst Activities.
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather product requirements. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide domain expertise as needed.
→Expert in Retail Business and ERPs with good domain knowledge.
→Write comprehensive business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
→Participate in research and implement new ideas and processes to enhance business analysis practices.
→Perform demonstrations of sprint reviews and, when necessary, present the finished work to customers and stakeholders.
→Act as a mentor to junior team members, offering guidance and support.
→Work on projects of high complexity, contributing to project plans and timelines.
→Works with 1-2 scrum teams.
→Reviews and negotiates priorities with Product Management.

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
Good with AI skills and building solutions using/via AI tools.
Performs work under minimal supervision
Knowledge on Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL flows in an ERP.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years progressive ERP experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
At least 6 years of BA experience in building ERP products.
Retail ERP knowledge is a MUST.
Masters degree in Business analytics, or AI or Retail or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
