At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than two decades, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We are looking for a Head of Commercial Enablement to join our team and drive the development and performance of our commercial organization. In this role, you will lead our Commercial Enablement team, shape and execute enablement strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and equip our teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed.

If you're passionate about developing people, thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and enjoy turning commercial challenges into measurable business results, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial enablement strategy: Develop and execute a scalable enablement strategy aligned with business priorities, commercial objectives, and growth opportunities across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships
  • Drive commercial performance: Identify capability gaps and performance challenges, translating insights into targeted initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, productivity, customer retention, and partner readiness
  • Develop onboarding and training programs: Design and deliver engaging onboarding, sales training, and continuous development programs that accelerate ramp time and strengthen commercial capabilities
  • Build a strong coaching culture: Establish practical coaching frameworks, competency models, and resources that help commercial managers develop their teams and reinforce best practices
  • Strengthen sales skills and methodologies: Deliver training on discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, value-based selling, and competitive positioning to improve sales execution
  • Drive product and partner enablement: Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to equip internal teams and external partners with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively position and sell our solutions
  • Optimize commercial tools and resources: Drive the effective adoption of platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and ZoomInfo, while developing scalable playbooks, sales content, and enablement materials
  • Leverage AI and innovation: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance coaching, personalized learning, knowledge accessibility, and commercial productivity
  • Measure enablement effectiveness: Partner with Revenue Operations to define success metrics, monitor performance indicators, and evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives on business outcomes
  • Lead and develop the enablement team: Manage, coach, and support a team of Commercial Enablement Managers, setting clear priorities and fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure enablement initiatives address evolving business needs
  • Act as a strategic partner: Build strong relationships with senior commercial leaders, communicate enablement priorities and results, and provide actionable recommendations to support business growth
