Senior UX Designer

Backed by Ant International (a global leader in digital payments, digitisation, and financial technology solutions), EPOS, part of its global merchant payment services Antom, is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to design, enhance, and maintain EPOS’s digital presence. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website experiences that align with our brand and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with marketing, product, and development teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• → Design and maintain EPOS website pages, landing pages, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines
• → Create user-centric, responsive web designs optimized for desktop and mobile experiences
• → Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business requirements into effective website designs
• → Optimize website layouts and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates
• → Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• → Conduct basic UX research and apply best practices to enhance usability and accessibility
• → Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems where applicable
• → Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and technologies

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field
• Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio showcasing live projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of responsive design, web usability, and UX principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication and collaboration skills
