Talent Acquisition Intern

Backed by Ant International (a global leader in digital payments, digitisation, and financial technology solutions), EPOS, part of its global merchant payment services Antom, is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) digital solutions provider based in Singapore.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• → Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• → Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordination
• → Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
• → Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• → Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market research
• → Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• → Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
• → Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset
• Internship period: 3 to 6 months
