Activities Program Coordinator

Seabrook is a beautiful 98-acre continuing care retirement community located in the picturesque Monmouth County neighborhood of Tinton Falls—just six miles from the Jersey Shore. The Activity Program Coordinator is responsible for working with residents within Continuing Care (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care) to stimulate their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

• →Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or relevant experience, is preferred.
• →Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Activities Staff with supervisory experience or 3 years as a Programming Assistant is required.
• →Experience leading groups of people with varying levels of physical and cognitive independence, and experience with the elderly is required.
• →Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings is required.
• →Certified or eligible for certification (AAC or CTRS – four year degree) preferred.
