Join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician and play a key role in creating a safe, comfortable, and worry-free living experience for our residents. In this hands-on position, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on residential and commercial appliances, laundry equipment, ice machines, and refrigeration systems, helping keep our community running smoothly every day.

✓Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hourly, depending upon experience

Perform necessary maintenance of all appliances contained in residential apartments and laundry rooms
Perform necessary maintenance of Health Care laundry equipment
Perform necessary maintenance of all ice machines and refrigeration equipment, both residential and commercial
Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failures

Responsibilities

→Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/residential appliance maintenance
→Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessary
→Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds
→Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
