Clinical Dietitian

Location:

Join our team as a Dietitian. In this role, develop and manage nutritional care programs to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. Ensure compliance with all regulations and support dining operations in Continuing Care.

• Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
• Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff.
• Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff.
• Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents.
• Manage and train team members.

• →Must have Current License with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• →Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred.
• →Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness.
• →Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to learn more programs.
• →Flexible with schedule.
• →Supervisory experience is preferred.
• →Experience and passion working with the geriatric population.
