Housekeeping Team Leader

Location:

Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including every other weekend.

Compensation: Commensurate for experience between $16.00 - $18.00 hourly.

• Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager 
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
• May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.
• Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
• Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

• →Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping. 
• →Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
• →Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• →Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
• →Ability to lead a team
