Join our team as a Transportation Supervisor II for our gated retirement community. This position assists the Transportation Manager in the creation of the programs, policies, and procedures for the community.

Supervise the Transportation Staff, including full responsibility for performance evaluations, coaching, interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
Coordinate daily scheduling and job assignments
Enter all inter-departmental work orders and reports.
Assist with monthly operations reports.
Track and expedite preventive and corrective maintenance on all shuttles.
Dispatch calls to drivers and regularly drive shuttle.
Oversight and understanding of the Special Trips program

Responsibilities

→Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising transportation services
→Proficiency in Microsoft Office
→Effective written and verbal communications skills
→CDL required
