We are looking for a strategic and operational HR executive who can balance big-picture vision with excellence, leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to create a high-performing HR function and customer-focused HR function that supports organizational success.

This Vice President, HR Operations provides strategic leadership for the systems, services, and programs that support the employee experience across the organization. This executive role oversees HR Technology, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Policies, and Service Delivery, driving operational excellence, compliance, process optimization, and scalable solutions that enable business growth.

• →Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years leading multiple HR functions.
• →Proven experience leading HR Operations, HR Technology, Payroll, Shared Services, and process improvement initiatives.
• →Demonstrated success managing organizational change and large-scale system implementations in complex, multi-site environments.
• →Strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.
• →Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• →SPHR certification preferred.
