What you will do: \- Offer unique Core and Cloud domain expertise to Domain Support and Automated Operations teams. \- Provide input and knowledge to the Automation and Analytics teams to support relevant use cases. \- Develop and maintain solutions for automation use case candidates, while investigating potential problem sources. \- Enhance recovery processes, making them more efficient and effective. \- Develop and consistently improve automated Service Delivery methodologies. \- Conduct trend analyses to proactively identify possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair.
