Junior Business Controller

We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Business Controlling team and gain hands-on experience in business analytics, planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. • →Participate in the preparation of business and financial analysis
• →Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying key trends and deviations
• →Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• →Prepare reports and analytical insights for management decision-making
• →Collaborate with various organizational units and business functions across the company
• →Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and business analytics
• →Develop practical knowledge of Business Controlling through mentorship and close cooperation with experienced professionals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data
• Proactive and responsible approach to work
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professionally
• Good communication and teamwork skills
