You will join a team focused on developing and supporting advanced healthcare solutions, with a strong emphasis on our Hospital Information System (HIS). The team works closely with hospital IT departments and medical staff to ensure reliable system performance and high-quality user experience. We are looking for a Support Engineer who will act as a key link between users and our HIS solution, contributing to operational support, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users of the Hospital Information System

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and user requests
- →
Communicate with medical staff and hospital IT teams
- →
Participate in testing, implementation, and upgrades of the HIS solution

Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues

Document incidents, resolutions, and user guidelines
- →
Escalate more complex issues to the development team
University or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science, IT, electrical engineering, or similar)
Experience in IT support (experience with healthcare systems is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL)
Understanding of IT systems and network infrastructure
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse user groups
Nice to Have

Experience delivering training to larger groups of users
Knowledge of ITIL principles or experience working with ticketing systems
Basic understanding of HL7 standards or healthcare system integrations
Experience with application servers and log analysis
