As a Program Management leader, this opportunity expects the full ownership of deliveries, stakeholder management, Governance with executive management and full P&L management of the program. What you will do: Project and program management with customer facing deliveries. Driving the efficiencies across the program. Ensuring the NW resiliency and control with high quality deliverables. The skills you bring: Must have worked as CFR for CORE opportunities part of CORE 3 team Must have TG1 to TG5 exp ( exp from project initiation till project closure) Must have done Project financial management and ownership of P&L of the project/program. Should be a PMP/PRINCE/PgMP/GIAP 7 CPM Must have Project and program delivery exp across Cloud and Core portfolio, good to have additional delivery exp on BOS Extensive experience in Team/People management where team is spread across multiple geography /diverse culture team. Extensive experience of managing stakeholders at management levels (Ericsson, 3PP, Customer) Should have E2E experience starting from HW/SW ordering, site redyness, SI & Development activities, project handover and LCM. Should be ready to travel as per the project/business needs in short notice. Should be able to coach and uplift the CPMs to perform better. Should have excellent communication skill.
