Vice President of Finance

Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded Series A beauty and consumer goods brand based in the Los Angeles area. With a nationally recognized founder and a loyal and expanding customer base, they are building the financial infrastructure to support their next phase of growth. They are seeking their first VP of Finance — a strategic FP&A leader who will own financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance, work directly with the CEO and investor group, and grow into the CFO role as the brand scales. Day-to-day accounting is handled by an experienced external finance partner, so this role is focused entirely on forward-looking finance, business intelligence, and strategic decision support.
