The Supply Chain Product Manager owns the end-to-end supply chain process for assigned programs — from procurement and part number creation through PO issuance, inventory control, and delivery — ensuring efficient and effective execution of business activities. This is a hands-on execution role with no direct reports. Occasional travel for supplier visits.

Experience supporting U.S. government programs, including familiarity with government contracting mechanisms (e.g., OTA, FAR/DFARS-adjacent requirements)

Operational supply chain experience (procurement, inventory, production planning)

Direct purchasing experience

Hands-on experience with ERP systems for procurement, purchase order management, and part/item master data

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners

Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines with engineering, design, and program management counterparts to deliver on-time products/services

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations and decisions

Ability to develop and execute project plans within budget and schedule constraints while managing multiple concurrent programs

Track record operating in ambiguous environments and defining processes that scale

Strong ability to review Bills of Materials, identify long-lead/high-risk items, and craft supply chain strategies to meet program objectives

Organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities without close supervision

Ability to obtain security clearance if needed

Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP or similar ERP/WMS platforms

Exposure to aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments

Understanding of quality flowdown, AS9100, or supplier qualification processes

This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Arlington, TX office. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow-ed.
