We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with practice experience in Integrative and Functional Medicine, essentially practicing a root-cause-based approach within our Integrative Health Department. We are looking for a fully engaged team member to help grow our thriving practice.

Minimum of one year of dedicated integrative practice experience
Minimum of two years of primary care chronic disease management experience
Certified by Institute for Functional Medicine or successful completion of two-year Integrative Medicine fellowship
Or experience deemed adequate by Integrative Medicine Section Chair

Hybrid practice that consists of in person and virtual visits
- In person: Duluth 1st St. Clinic
No call coverage or weekends
0.8 - 1.0 FTE; negotiable
Estimated 8 -11 patients per day
Provide consults and follow-up visits
Attend to In Basket for patient messages, lab reports and Rx requests

Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
