The Nurse Residency Program offers a structured and supportive environment for new nurses to develop their skills and transition smoothly into their professional careers. The program coincides with the unit you are hired into and all nurses with less than one year of experience are enrolled in the program.

Nursing license in Minnesota before start date with Essentia Health
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire.

Current nursing student graduating in August or December 2026

RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 for ADNs and up to $10,000 for BSNs
