Responsibilities
~1 min read- Act as a key operator in the sales-assisted journey, supporting customers from product selection through to order completion
- Prepare, manage, and convert sales quotes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and commercial alignment
- Engage directly with customers to drive order completion and revenue capture
- Partner closely with Mexico sales teams to support demand generation and maximize conversion
- Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
- Own validation of product availability and order feasibility prior to payment issuance
- Coordinate with inventory systems to ensure stock accuracy and fulfilment readiness
- Act as a checkpoint across sales, systems, and ESW platforms
- Ensure all orders meet defined controls before progressing
- Manage end-to-end payment flow
- Ensure payment links align with approved quotes and inventory
- Monitor payment completion and release orders
- Maintain governance across transactional processes
- Own the end-to-end order lifecycle from payment through to successful delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Track order progression and proactively manage exceptions, delays, and risks
- Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes
- Escalate issues in a timely and structured manner
- Ensure adherence to workflows and controls
- Document processes and contribute to playbooks
- Identify friction points and drive process improvements
- Support reporting on performance and trends
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years’ experience in a start-up, scale-up, or new product launch environment, ideally within eCommerce or digital platforms
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new sales channels, products, or commercial programmes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from the ground up
- Strong commercial mindset, motivated by revenue growth and conversion
- Experience working across sales, technology, and operations
- Comfortable with inventory systems and OMS platforms
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influencing skills
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Impact-focused, with a strong ownership mindset
